To update your personal information, follow these steps:

  1. Tap the menu icon (three lines) at the top right corner of the app.
  2. Choose "My Profile."
  3. Make the required changes to your personal information.

If you're unable to update your information through these steps, you can email your requested changes along with supporting documents from your registered email address to support@rummypassion.com. The support team will update the information for you.

Why was my KYC rejected?

Your KYC might have been rejected by our compliance team for one of the following reasons:

  • The name in your Rummy Passion account does not match the ID and address details you provided.
  • The image you uploaded is unclear, and we are unable to verify your details.
  • The KYC details are from a banned state.
  • You are below the age of 18.
  • You provided a photocopy instead of the original documents.
  • The address proof you shared is expired.
  • You submitted incomplete or invalid ID proof.

You can verify the reason for KYC rejection in the email sent to your registered address. Please upload valid ID/address proof to allow us to update it on your behalf.

To add KYC to your Rummy Passion account, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the three-line burger menu on the top right side of the screen.
  2. Choose "My Profile."
  3. Tap on the "KYC" tab and upload the missing KYC documents.

  2. Select "My Profile."
  3. Open the "KYC" section and provide the missing KYC documents.

After adding your details, our compliance team will review your KYC documents. It might take up to 24 hours for approval if all the information is accurate.

Why am I unable to upload my ID and address proof?

It seems that you are trying to upload an image larger than 10 MB.

Please attempt to complete your KYC by uploading a file with a smaller size.

If you continue to experience difficulty in uploading your KYC documents, kindly send an email from your registered email address along with the supporting documents. We will take care of uploading and completing your KYC for you.
