To request a withdrawal from your Rummy Passion account, follow these steps:

1. Click the menu icon (three lines) at the top right.
2. Choose "Withdraw Cash."
3. Enter the withdrawal amount in the provided section.
4. Click the "Submit" button.

Remember, the minimum withdrawal amount from Rummy Passion is ₹200.

To successfully request a withdrawal, you must complete your profile, which involves the following steps:

1. Provide Your Personal Information
2. Add Your Banking Information
3. Complete Your KYC (Know Your Customer) Information

To complete your profile on your Rummy Passion account, follow these steps:

1. Click the three-line menu on the top right side of the screen.
2. Choose "My Profile" from the options.
3. If your KYC is pending, you'll see the "Complete KYC" option under "My Profile."
4. If your KYC is already completed, you'll find the "Profile Details" option under "My Profile."
5. Depending on your account status, click either "Complete KYC" or "Profile Details."
6. Fill in all your personal details, address, banking information, and upload your KYC documents.

You can submit any of the following documents to complete your KYC:

• Passport

• Electricity Bill
• Bank statement/Passbook
• Gas Bill
• Ration Card

To reverse a withdrawal from your Rummy Passion account, follow these steps:

1. On Android and iOS:
   • Step 1: Click the Burger menu.
   • Step 2: Choose "Cash Withdraw Status".
   • Step 3: Select "Pending" withdrawal status.
   • Step 4: Change the withdrawal status from pending to reverse.
2. On Desktop:
   • Step 1: Click "My Account" from the Burger menu in the upper right corner.
   • Step 2: Click "Withdraw Status."
   • Step 3: Change the status from pending to reverse.

By doing this, the reversed amount will be credited back to your Rummy Passion account, which you can then use to play cash games.

To request a withdrawal, you need to provide your bank details and finish your KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

Your bank information should include: Bank Account Number and IFSC Code.

Here's how to add Bank Details and KYC to your Rummy Passion account:

1. Click on the three-line menu in the top right corner.
2. Select "My Profile."
3. If your KYC is pending, you'll see "Complete KYC" under "My Profile."
4. If your KYC is done, you'll find "Profile Details" under "My Profile."
5. Click "Complete KYC" or "Profile Details" based on your account status.

If your request has surpassed the 72-hour mark, kindly send us an email at support@rummypassion.com with your bank statement covering the day before you made the transaction until the present date. We'll be happy to review and address the issue for you.

The majority of withdrawals are completed within 24 hours, except for instant withdrawals that are processed immediately into user's bank accounts. However, there might be delays in some cases due to processing at the bank's end.

Hence, we kindly request our users to allow us up to 72 hours to process all non-instant withdrawals.

To track your withdrawal status, please follow these steps:

• Step 2: Choose "Withdrawal Status" from the menu.
• Step 3: Your withdrawal request details will be displayed.

You can also review all your withdrawals from the past year by selecting the desired month from the dropdown menu.

Your withdrawal request might be declined for various reasons, such as:

1. Incorrect Bank Account Information: If the details you provided for your bank account are wrong.
2. KYC Rejection: If your KYC (Know Your Customer) process was not approved.
3. Banned State Bank Detail or KYC: If the bank information or KYC is from a state where rummy is restricted.
4. Linked to Another Account: If the bank details you entered are already associated with an existing Rummy Passion account.
5. Account Frozen for Fraud: If your account is frozen due to suspicious activities.

Whenever a withdrawal request is rejected, you'll receive an email explaining the reason for the rejection.

There is no fee charged to avail the Instant Withdrawal facility.

Once an instant withdrawal request is processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure that you review your withdrawal details carefully before submitting a request.

All players on Rummy Passion are eligible for the Instant Withdrawal feature provided they have completed their KYC, made a successful deposit in the past, and have Fairplay gaming history.
